Came here for my daughter’s birthday. The food and atmosphere was great. The vibe is chill, and our waitress Kim was on point and took care of our table in the best way. Marcus was also a big help. Great spot, check it out….

My experience here was decent. We got here 5 minutes early before our reservation. We waited about 15 minutes after we arrived and were seated very fast. Remind you for a Saturday this place is very busy. Food was good. The onion rings were a little soggy but the other food made up for it. I really came for the cookie monster shake. Two thumbs up for me.

This place is soooo cute! I ordered the hot honey chicken and waffles. The chicken was seasoned to perfection! The music was a vibe and I loved the variety in music. Perfect for birthdays!

Brought my daughter here for her birthday. We really enjoyed ourselves. The food and shakes were good as well. Devin was our sever he was attentive and helpful. We also had a photographer come to our table and take pictures. The pictures were $20 a piece but they were worth it. Definitely would recommend and will be coming back.

My first time going here & I absolutely love ❤️ ???? it & will definitely be going again. My daughter told me about Sugar Factory over a year ago, but realized we have 2 locations in Texas which is Dallas/San Antonio. It's definitely worth the hype that's for sure. Celebrities promote it for a reason I'm glad they do!! ????????????

Sugar Factory is definitely one of my best brunch spots to eat. The music here is wonderful and the food omg was great. We ordered so much food we wanted to try everything on the menu. If you haven’t ate here before schedule your next meal and you won’t be disappointed. Omg and so many drinks to choice from. So HURRY!!

We always have a great experience at Sugar Factory! We arrived upon their opening at 1pm and there were several customers waiting. Turns out, there was only one person in the front seating people and taking orders. Toriana was seriously amazing! Despite being literally the only front employee with about 30 customers in the restaurant, she was friendly and patient. I have never seen a food service employee go above and beyond while being the only person working. The food was really delicious too! My daughter and I shared the Mac and cheese pops, tomato bisque and chicken penne Alfredo. Despite having to wait longer due to the restaurant being short staffed, the food was hot and tasty. Toriana really was such a wonderful person to encounter. She exemplifies patience, courtesy and top notch service. We look forward to seeing her again on our next visit to Sugar Factory!
